1) What if the item I receive is Damaged or Faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items shipped out are in mint condition and extra care is taken during the packaging. We will also disclose the condition of the item upon your enquiry should you have any concern and will be verified via photo evidence. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us so we can urgently review the matter for you!
2) Are all items for SALE in good condition?
Some items from Hotwheels or Matchbox may have soft corners, while some may have a slight crease on them.  It is our duty to disclose any defects the item may have.  We will also send pics of the item itself and the defects it may have.
3) May I request a REFUND?
SORRY!  We currently do not entertain any refunds or exchange.  Our obligation to you is to ensure the item is in good condition prior to shipping and all due care will be taken by the courier company to meet FIRST class shipping expectations.
4) Will I have to pay any duties/taxes on top of my order? cannot be held responsible for any unforseen taxes which may be applied by customs in your respective country where delivery is made.  The responsibility for any custom duties or taxes imposed will rest with the customer.  It is in our opinion that unless the order is extremely large,  there should not be any duty or tax imposed.
5) How can I track my ORDER?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email within 1-2 working days containing the tracking number which allows you to easily locate the whereabouts of your order.
6) When will my ORDER arrive?
Depending on the country that placed the order and the type of shipping requested, an estimated 3 weeks via normal shipping to the United States is expected while other countries within our region (South East Asia) is faster.
7) How much does DELIVERY cost?
As an example, standard shipping to the United States varies from USD10 to USD15.  The cost will also depend on the number of items shipped out.  Kindly email us for a more precise shipping cost to your country.
8) What PAYMENT methods does accept?
Currently, we accept Paypal only.  If you would like to arrange payment via other methods, we are happy to assist!  For our local buyers here in Malaysia, you are most welcome to contact us for COD collection arrangements or local shipping methods upon Maybank2U payments.  Please click on “Contact US” to view the 2 collection points for our local buyers.
